Roy is looking for an experienced and active owner who understand collies and their traits. He would like access to his own private garden where he can easily burn off some of his energy and his home needs to be away from the city centre. Roy may be able to live with older teenagers but would like to be the only pet in his new home.

Roy is a friendly boy who is always happy to get attention and cuddles from people. He is a typical collie who is very clever and he enjoys putting his mind to use when playing enrichment games that involve food. He would love an active owner who will provide him with plenty of mental physical stimulation to keep him busy. Roy does have some collies quirks so requires a home away from the city centre, so he doesn’t become too overwhelmed by his environment. He doesn’t mind walking alongside female dogs, but he has shown reactivity to other dogs so he needs an understanding owner who are prepared to take him to quieter places for his walks.

Roy’s favourite past time is chasing after his tennis ball which he would happily do all day if given the chance so he may enjoy an activity such as flyball. After a day full of fun he is always eager to come up beside you for a cuddle on the sofa and is sure to make a warm addition to his new family.
