More about Lola

Lola is looking for an experienced owner who have had nervous dogs before and have the patience needed to help her gain some much needed confidence. She would like access to a private garden, so she has her own space to enjoy outdoors. She would like to be the only pet but may be able to live with older dog savvy teenagers.

Lovely Lola is a sweet soul who has sadly found kennel life very overwhelming. She has a truly affectionate nature with those she knows well, though can find unfamiliar people and new situations a little scary. She absolutely adores her food, which is sure to help her make new friends and build trust. She is looking for a patient, understanding, and committed family who can show her that the world isn't such a frightening place and support her in building confidence at her own pace. Once you've earned her trust, you'll discover a loving, loyal girl who is sure to make all your efforts worthwhile.

Lola is an energetic girl who enjoys her walks and loves nothing more than a squeaky toy. As much as she enjoys being active, she will need time to settle and decompress in her new home. During the early days, it will be important to keep things calm and simple, allowing her to adjust to her new surroundings. She particularly enjoys enrichment activities that allow her to use her brain and nose, making these a great way to help her feel settled. Lola has the potential to enjoy doggy friends in the future, however, her new family should be prepared to take things slowly and allow her the time she needs to build on this.

Lola has had veterinary treatment during her stay. More information will be discussed with successful applicants.
