Dahlia is looking for an experienced owner who have the patience to help her settle into her new home and will keep her company for most of the day to begin with. She is looking to be the only pet in an adult only home.
Dahlia is a sweet girl who is finding kennel life difficult at the moment. She is friendly and affectionate, and our team can already see what a fantastic dog she is. We have no doubt that even more of her bubbly personality will shine through once she settles into a home environment. She is playful and full of energy so is always ready for fun. She will benefit from basic training, although she is highly food-motivated and will happily do just about anything for a piece of cheese!
As Dahlia can become excitable, she will need physical stimulation though her new owner will need to understand the importance of providing her with plenty of mental enrichment. Not only will this tire her out, but it will also help her learn to take things at a calmer pace.
