Pickles is looking for a quiet home away from the hustle and bustle of city life with an experienced owner who have had worried dogs before. He will require direct access to his own private garden and company for most of the day. He would like to be in an adult only home though does have the potential of living with another dog.

Pickles is a sensitive soul who is on the lookout for a very patient and understanding owner who can give him all the time he needs to settle in his new home. He is at his happiest when out and about exploring, so he would be best suited to an active home that can provide plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy and fulfilled. He can be unsure of new people (men in particular) to begin with and may need a few visits to get familiar with his new person. Once he feels comfortable his real cuddly, loyal personality shines through and he forms strong bonds with those he trusts.

Pickles can be selective with his doggy friends, however with the dogs he has made friendships with, he loves to run around and play with. It may be a huge benefit for him to either having confident and sociable doggy friends he can go out with regularly or live with one where he can seek reassurance from though it will be entirely dependent on introductions.
