Kira is looking for an experienced owner who has had a large breed dog in the past and is physically able to manage a strong dog. She needs to be the only pet in her home and requires a home with a private garden. She may suit living with dog savvy teenagers aged 14 or more.
Kira is an energetic big girl who likes to stay active as much as possible. She will need to stay on lead when out in public due to breed restrictions, unless she is in a private garden or freedom field, so she needs an owner who if fit enough to keep up with her. Kira is a friendly girl who enjoys being made a fuss of and would like to have company for part of the day, but she is also happy to amuse herself while playing with her toys, especially her favourite squeaky duck toy. Kira will need to wear a muzzle when in public, but she loves doing trick training and would appreciate having an owner who is prepared to continue this to keep her walks more interesting for her.
Kira’s new owner will need to register her for an exemption, however the cost of her rehoming will be lowered to accommodate for the cost of this. Extra support will also be offered, more information will be given to successful applicants.
