Violet

Violet is looking for an active and experienced owner who has a good knowledge of working breeds. She needs a home in a quiet, more rural location away from the city, and requires a home with a secure and private garden where she can decompress when needed. She needs to be the only pet in a home where she won’t have contact with children.

Violet is very sweet and affectionate when around people that she knows, but is very wary of strangers, and it can take time to build the trust needed to see her lovely personality shine through. She is very clever and has very high energy levels, so a lot of exercise and mental stimulation will be required to keep this smart girl satisfied. Violet will be reactive when feeling unsure, which includes being around other dogs, so she needs an experienced and understanding person who can help her work on the training required to help her reach her full potential. She loves playing with toys, especially soft toys, and she loves being around people she trusts, so would love a home where she can have lots company and attention every day. Violet has shown a lot of interest in scent work so she would love to find an owner who would be interested in doing more of this with her.
