Zorro

Zorro is looking for an owner who will work on his basic training. He would like easy access to a garden so that he still has a space to spend outside if he wants. Zorro might be able to live with dog savvy high school aged children and possibly another dog pending a successful introduction.

Zorro is a lovely, outgoing boy who still enjoys life despite being an older gentleman. He is friendly with everyone he meets and enjoys a cuddle but isn’t too needy and can be quite content doing his own thing whether that be playing with his toys or enjoying a tasty fishy treat. He loves other dogs, so much so that he doesn’t always realise when they have had enough of him so his new owner will need to be mindful of this and work on his manners around them.

Zorro is only on gentle exercise, but he thoroughly enjoys his walks, especially his trips to the beach where he can dip his feet in the water. He really likes being outdoors so having a garden where he can lounge till his heart is content would make him very happy.

Zorro does have arthritis which is being managed by pain medication, and he will have to remain on this for the rest of his life. More information will be discussed with successful applicants.
