Reports to: Head of Income and Engagement
Salary: £36,750 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Edinburgh (hybrid), with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office, In person meetings and supporter events where required.
Purpose of the Role
Leading a high performing public fundraising team to reach and grow income and opportunities delivering excellent engagement and supporter care.The purpose of the Public Fundraising Manager role is to lead and develop a high-performing fundraising team to grow income and supporter engagement for the organisation.
This involves driving individual giving and public fundraising initiatives, delivering effective campaigns and supporter journeys, and ensuring excellent supporter care to attract, retain, and maximise supporter contributions. The role also plays a key part in shaping and delivering the wider fundraising strategy, managing performance and budgets, and building strong internal and external relationships to support long-term, sustainable income growth.

Location: Edinburgh (hybrid), with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office, In person meetings and supporter events where required.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to assist, direct and steward supporters. The Supporter Care Administrator is commonly the first point of contact for supporter enquiries and therefore play a significant role in understanding supporter behaviours, needs and trends. This role supports the fundraising team to ensure that procedures are followed in line with best practise guidelines, ensuring that supporters receive the best stewardship and donations are processed and thanked in a genuine and appropriate way.
