Our Senior Leadership Team

Lindsay Fyffe-Jardine, CEO
As CEO, Lindsay leads the Home in its strategy to tackle pet poverty and be a voice for change for dogs, cats and their owners in their greatest time of need.
Jamie Simpson, Director of People and Services
As Director Jamie has a track record of successfully managing and developing teams, managing change and diversifying income streams.
Sarah Johnston, Director of Income and Engagement
Sarah is Director of Income and Engagement, overseeing the fundraising, and marketing and communications teams within the Home.
Nonnie Kent, Interim Director of Operations
Nonnie has worked at the Home for 29 years and is our Interim Director of Operations overseeing our Animal Welfare and Rehoming team.

Matt Smith - Chair

Matt is Head of Development and Innovation at THINK Consulting Solutions.

Murray Stewart

Murray is a solicitor and notary public having qualified in Scotland in 2005 and England in 2012.

Roslyn Neely

Roslyn is Chief Executive at Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity (ECHC).

David Field

David is CEO of the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, a wildlife conservation charity working to protect animals in Scotland and around the world.

Hannah Leslie

Hannah is an experienced in-house lawyer and notary public.

Andrew Bardsley

With over a decade in a variety of People and HR roles, Andrew brings a wealth of experience in employee engagement, wellbeing, and leadership development.

Jo Talbot

Jo is the Head of Corporate Services at Waverley Care, Scotland’s leading HIV and hepatitis C charity.

Rebs Curtis-Moss

Rebs has worked with some of the biggest charities in the UK and Scotland in a range of strategic digital engagement, social media and fundraising roles.

Fiona Davis

Fiona is an Chartered Accountant and currently is Treasurer for Sistema Scotland, Treasurer at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, Director at Restoring Upland Nature and Director of Earlsferry Town Hall Ltd.

Nina Graham

Nina is a Business Adviser in the Enterprise and Communities Team at Community Enterprise in Scotland (CEIS).
