In early 2021, we partnered with telephone fundraising agency QTS and throughout August and September 2021, they will be working on a reactivation campaign for the Home. QTS will be calling approximately 1,500 of our supporters to thank them for the support they have previously shown and ask if they would like to become a Companion again by setting up a regular gift by Direct Debit. During this call, the team will check contact details and give an update with all that is going on at the Home.
We made the decision to work with an agency to support our fundraising. As much as we would love to, we cannot make these calls ourselves with the small number of staff we have at the Home. You can be rest assured that the team at QTS are highly professional and have undertaken training about the work of the Home. Like us, they know that our work wouldn’t be possible without your support.
It costs us over £2 million every year to provide our vital care for stray, lost and abandoned dogs and cats. With no regular government or statutory funding, individual donations and support from our local community are vital to continue our work. This type of fundraising is a cost effective, low risk method of generating new support for the Home.
All calls will come from the telephone number 0330 160 4806.
If you have any concerns about the legitimacy of a fundraiser please call us on 0131 669 5331 and we will be able to verify this for you. You can also send your questions to email@example.com.
If you have any other questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact our team using the telephone number or email address noted above. Please remember to include your name and contact telephone number so that we can call you back.
We realise that sometimes we might get it wrong and we truly value all feedback about our work. We believe that complaints are an opportunity to learn and improve and it is important that you tell us so we can deal with any situation as quickly as possible.
