Ready, Steady, Rescue

Gamers and streamers unite. We’re calling on YOU to help give our dogs and cats a second chance at life. For us, game over is not an option.

Did you know that you can raise money for the dogs and cats by live streaming or gaming online? For the gamers – why not take on a gaming marathon, a tournament or your own unique challenge? If gaming isn’t your thing, why not livestream a content or challenge you’ve always wanted to share. Whether cook-a-longs or comedy nights are your passion, go on, give it a go.

It is much easier than you might think.

Kieran’s Story

In January 2021, a Scottish born gamer by the name of El_Keeko aka Kieran, currently based in the USA, reached out to the Home. His plan – to livestream a 24 hour game-a-thon.

His target was originally £250 but was convinced by his wife the night before to increase it to £500. With creative milestones to encourage people to donate, like a full face of makeup done by his wife, dyeing his beard blue and dying his hair green, Kieran managed to smash through his target and raised an incredible £1120.
