Teddy is looking for an experienced owner who is used to a small dog with a spicy personality. He needs a quiet, adult only home where he will be the only pet. He will need company all day and will need access to his own private garden as he likes to come and go as he pleases.
Teddy is a nervous boy who can take a little time warming up to new faces. He knows what he does and doesn’t like, but by managing his environment, his new owner can avoid any unnecessary frustrations. He can be temperamental when he wants to be and does enjoy his own space, so he needs a knowledgeable, patient owner who understand his boundaries and will provide him with a safe space to call his own.
Once he does know you, Teddy’s sweet nature does shine, and he is very loyal to those he bonds with. He can be needy however so his new owner will need to keep him company for most of, if not all day, especially whilst he is settling in.
Teddy has had veterinary treatment during his stay at the Home. More information will be discussed with successful applicants.
