Lewie

Lewie is looking for an active owner who have had collies before. He would prefer easy access to a garden where he can burn off some of his energy. He is worried by traffic so is best suited to a home in a calmer area so he doesn’t become overwhelmed by his environment. He may be able to live with teenagers and possibly another dog depending on introductions.

Lewie is a friendly lad who will, without a doubt, make a warm addition to his new family. He is full of energy and his favourite past time is chasing after his tennis ball so he would probably love to have an activity to do such as flyball. He enjoys his enrichment sessions (especially if they involve peanut butter!) and he would thrive with an active family who can take him on lots of different adventures along a beach or in woodland areas. After a fun filled day, he loves nothing more than to cosy up in his big comfy bed.

Whilst Lewie does not show much interest in dogs and happily does his own thing, he does have dog walking buddies he goes out with so he may not mind living with another dog who has a similar, independent nature to him.

Lewie has had some treatment for his skin whilst in our care. More information will be discussed with successful applicants.
