Duke

Duke is looking for an owner who has had a dog in the past. He wants to have a home with a garden and may suit living with teens aged 14 or more. He will need to be the only pet in his new home.

Duke is a happy and affectionate boy who is looking for a home where he can enjoy his golden years. He is a loving dog who likes being made a fuss of and is sure to be a great companion for his new owner. He likes going for walks but also likes snoozing in his comfy bed. He likes walking on the beach and is always happy to enjoy a tasty filled Kong. He has had some reactivity issues in the past, but has made some doggy friends while staying with us, and we are sure that with the right management his behaviour around other dogs will continue to improve.  He is a strong boy who does pull on the lead, so his new owner should be physically able to control him and prepared to work on improving this. Duke has an ongoing health issue which will be discussed in more detail with matching applicants.
