Benji is looking for an experienced owner who know and love the shepherd breed. He would like to live in a quiet area and would prefer to have a garden, so he has another outdoor space to enjoy. He needs to be the only pet in an adult only home.
Benji is a happy boy who is full of life, excitement and is quite the character when it comes to trying to carry as many toys as he can in one go! Whilst mostly a happy boy, he does know what he does and doesn’t like, but by managing his behaviour carefully, any unnecessary frustrations can be avoided. He is very energetic and thoroughly enjoys his walks whether it be to the nature reserve or down to the beach where he can dip his paws into the water. He would thrive with an active owner who can give him the mental and physical stimulation he needs to keep him happy.
In the time he has spent with us, Benji has shown his affectionate side and he does demand a cuddle from his favourite people before they can leave. He can take a little time warming up to new faces, but with the help of his favourite squeaky toy is more than capable of making new friends. He’ll make a fantastic addition in the right home.
He is by far, my favourite resident at the Home. He is lovable, cuddly, goofy and tries his hardest to please you.
