Our organisation benefits from skills and experience of our staff, comprised of long-serving kennel veterans and enthusiastic new talent. Our small team is united by the love and dedication towards the animals in our care, and the belief that any dog or cat that comes to our door, whatever the reason, should be safe, warm and well-fed.

Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home’s Senior Management Team is responsible for the strategic direction of the Home and providing leadership to its 70-strong staff, across operations, retail, fundraising, communications, business support, finance and people management. Over the course of the organisation’s five year strategic plan, the Team has transformed the running of the Home, and created a vision for a charity that will thrive into the future, preserving its mission to rescue, reunite and rehome stray and unwanted pets in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
