Pets at Home Open Our Newly-Refurbished Kitchen

24/04/2017

Pets at Home have visited Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home to open a newly-refurbished kitchen for animals in need. The essential refurbishment work to the Home’s kitchen was funded by a generous donation of over £8,000 by Pets at Home and its partner charity, Support Adoption for Pets.

In December 2016 Pets at Home and Support Adoption for Pets led a Christmas fundraising drive at their Pentland store. They collected donations through public collections, top-up donations at the till, and various challenges including staff members being sponsored to spend time locked in a crate.

Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home's New Kitchen

Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home would like to offer its sincere thanks to both Pets at Home and Support Adoption for Pets for their generous donation. The new kitchen will vastly improve the efficiency of care to over 100 dogs and cats currently residing at the Home.
